So I was stranded just south of exit 240 on NB I75, a tow warning sticker was already on the vehicle I was having a horrible 24 hours. Being that I was so close to 240. either someone … More had to come from the North and go down to 229 to around or someone had to come north from 229. One of those days when everything could go wrong did go wrong. I was irritated and in a panic. I broke down on my way to a fundraiser for a paraplegic friend, my son damaged my mom's car on a post at the gas station, and I'm moving to arizona this weekend. I called for a towing quote, Luis not only got me safely off the road asap, but was also nice enough to calm my rattled nerves and offer me suggestions to get the car looked at and fixed. I'n supposed to be receiving a price quote today. Thank you so much, Luis for helping me out and not taking advantage of a woman. 😊

Driving down I75, our normally super-reliable SUV suddenly lost power and went into limp mode. Super scary situation as cars flying past us while we were pulled off in the emergency … More lane. My roadside assistance through my wireless provider stated we were out of their normal area network (Sarasota metro, really?) but for an extra charge would tow me to a pre-determined list of vendors (including auto parts stores-which I’m sure would be great if I were a mechanic…). But I needed to get towed to a specific mechanic which wasn’t an option with the roadside assistance vendor. So I googled towing companies near me and called Palmetto Express Towing and am so glad I did - this big beautiful flatbed got to me in 20 minutes and got me to my preferred vendor professionally. Our driver was friendly, professional and put us at ease after a stressful time. Thanks so much and great job!
